Gal Bareket, Faith and spiritually rounded driven entrepreneur, happily married, enjoys spending time with wife and their two Corgis. Gal has a passion for helping people grow, transition, and evolve. Mentorship and service drive him as he leads with a dynamic blend of passion and purpose. His professional experience spans internationally, having worked and served in Tel Aviv, Berlin, London, NYC, Canada, Hong Kong, San Francisco, and Arizona.

Gal is a serial entrepreneur, he Co-Founded social organization as well as two companies in 2013, one of which was led through an acquisition process. He then served as a C-suite executive at the acquiring company for about a year.
These days Gal holds various advisory and board membership positions.

His journey to this moment has been anything but ordinary. Going through loss, several family relocations, personal growth, change of belief system and coming into faith. It was during a period of deep reflection in 2022, amidst the successes and challenges of life and entrepreneurship since 2013, that he felt a profound calling.

This wasn't just about creating another venture; it was about finding purpose and making a tangible difference in the lives of entrepreneurs who strive to navigate the tumultuous waters of life, business ownership with their values intact. This calling led to the birth of Emerald Wave Advisors—a consultancy and coaching firm designed not just to advise but to guide, support, and uplift.

The Inspiration Behind Our Name

In naming Emerald Wave Advisors, we sought symbols that encapsulate our mission and values. The Emerald, renowned for its clarity, renewal, and growth, coupled with the Wave, symbolizing resilience and perpetual forward motion, together reflect our commitment to guiding entrepreneurs toward their vision of success. The term "Advisors" represents the importance of walking this journey together, while we advise, our clients are the true decision-makers in their journey.

As followers of The Way, taught by Jesus, it is important for us to maintain a childlike mindset as we mature, remembering that we came here to enjoy life abundantly. That's why our initials, EWA, echo 'Eywa' from the movie Avatar, embracing our inner child, focusing on what Eywa represents—connection, trust, guidance, balance of life, and nurturing the entrepreneurial spirit, aiming to harmonize business success with personal and spiritual well-being.
